De-Listed funds that are in run-off. These were bought at a discount to NAV.
Private Lending to a UK based start-up, the loan facility was secured against the firms inventory of gemstones.
Bankruptcy claims, usually trade receivables against insolvent UK and International firms that were bought at a discount to the administrators recovery estimates.
Fund I has returned c. 20% IRR since launch
